The main purpose of the VTT 580 D2 installation is to apply hardening coatings with refractory conductive materials:
Titanium, titanium-aluminum, zirconium, and their gas-modified compounds (TiN, TiC, ZrN, AlN-TiN-AlN, etc.) are vacuum-plasma-coated onto cutting tools and dental prostheses. The can operate in manual and automatic modes.
